Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This conveniently located, two-level townhome is 14 miles from ETSU, 5 miles from Tri Cities Airport, 11 miles from downtown Kingsport, 23 miles from downtown Bristol, and convenient to area hospitals. This is a quiet end-unit townhome in a quiet community with two queen beds. Secondary bedroom is off of the main bedroom upstairs, private door but shared entry (see photos). Attached garage and walkout patio too!
You will feel right at home at our cozy two-story, end unit townhome! We lived here full-time before beginning our rental journey, so we are well-stocked to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. When you walk upstairs, you walk into the primary bedroom. You must walk through the primary bedroom to get to the secondary bedroom. The full bathroom is located off of the main bedroom. Both bedrooms do have their own doors! Close with your family or friends? Perfect! Parents with children? Great! Friends trip? Amazing! Two couples wanting a romantic weekend getaway? Maybe not so much! Guests staying in the secondary bedroom must walk through the main bedroom to use the bathroom upstairs or to get downstairs. We love our layout and hope you will too, please see our pictures or send me a message if you have any questions. This listing is for the entire place, there are no shared spaces with anyone outside of your booking.
Main bedroom: queen sized memory foam mattress, Roku tv, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, cube storage, dresser, mirror, 2 USB charging lamps, 2 nightstands.
Secondary bedroom: queen sized pillow top mattress, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, cube storage, 1 nightstand, 1 USB charging lamp.
Full bathroom upstairs (located off of the main bedroom!): linen closet, walk-in clothing closet, shower/tub combo, vanity at window.
Linens provided: sheets, pillows (with pillow protectors!), duvet, duvet cover, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, black makeup towels, extra pillows and blankets.
Bathroom amenities: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, portable fan
Kitchen amenities: coffee, sugar, creamer, numerous kitchen utensils, cookware, bakeware, griddle, crock pot, toaster oven, toaster.... plus more!
We do not have a kitchen table, but we do have two bar stools at the island and four TV trays.
Entertainment: YouTube Live Tv and WiFi (200 MBPS) setup. Both televisions have Rokus connected. Books, DVD player, DVDs, and multiple streaming services provided.
Parking: 1 car garage and 2 outside spaces directly in front of our garage. Please do not attempt to park oversized vehicles inside the garage. We fit a smaller truck (Tacoma) and smaller SUV in there perfectly fine. There is no extra guest parking in our community as each space is assigned to a resident. **only park inside the garage or in the two spaces right in front of our garage** No more than 3 vehicles at any time** No RV, boat, camper, U-Haul etc. parking available. There is no street parking.
Garage access: You can use the button on the inside wall of the garage to open/close the door or you can request access via the MyQ app. The MyQ system requires the download of their app and access is sent via an invitation email. Please let me know at check in if you want MyQ access. Please keep garage shut when not actively in use as it affects the heating/cooling of the townhome.
Outdoor space: Walkout patio space with a table and two chairs.
Washer and dryer is located off the kitchen. Basic laundry detergent pods are provided. Dishwasher in unit and dish washing pods are provided.
We do have a Ring doorbell and an outdoor camera above the garage. We use a Nest thermostat.
No smoking or drugs of any kind (be mindful of TN laws!) No parties or events. The guest who booked the stay must be present. Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors.
We are pet friendly and suggest if you’re highly allergic or sensitive to animals, this may not be the place for you. We do have a Winix HEPA air filter that we use between guests.
Pets: Pets welcome as long as they are non-aggressive. Please add your pet to the booking when selecting total number of guests and let me know in a message when requesting a reservation. Please pick up after your pet and keep them on a leash when outside. Doggy bags will be provided, and you may throw the waste in the small outdoor trash can. Please do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time so we may be respectful to our neighbors. Let us know if there are any incidents that will need special attention upon check out! We have a shared grassy area next to our unit that is shared by the complex and a few neighborhood dogs.
Note: We do leave some of our clothing in the closet in the corner of the large closet and there may be some goodies leftover in the freezer! Otherwise, the space is free of clutter or personal items.) Children/babies are absolutely welcome, but we are not stocked or equipped for little ones.
